Our shipping policy allows deferred payment only for customers covered by insurance guarantee. For other customers, shipping is subject to advance payment of the material.

Confirmed orders can be canceled or modified in most cases, provided the request is sent in response to the confirmation email and contains clear instructions for the variation or cancellation. However, if the cancellation request arrives too late, for example, after the shipment has already been dispatched, the order cannot be modified anymore.

Customers requiring specific specifications for roll paper, such as grammage, height, diameter, and perforation, or for sheet paper with customized requirements in terms of grammage and dimensions, can make requests to Serchio Distribuzione.

Delivery times, which can also vary based on seasonal fluctuations, are approximately 30-40 days for rolls and 40-50 days for sheets. In the case of supply contracts, we maintain adequate stock to meet the customer's monthly needs, ensuring continuity in supply and production.

Delivery


Shipments within Italy are handled through highly reliable express couriers, ensuring delivery within 5-7 working days. The shipping cost is calculated based on the quantity of items ordered and varies according to predetermined quantity tiers. We also offer the option of direct pickup by the buyer from our warehouses for those who prefer this option.

At present, an electronic monitoring system for the shipment and delivery phases of the order is not yet implemented. However, we guarantee that the order will be delivered by the date indicated in the order confirmation.

We strive to accommodate our customers' requests regarding the scheduling of the unloading day; however, it should be noted that we may not always be able to directly intervene in the organizational logistics of our couriers.
